A fresh and different coaching experience.

I’ve always loved a great story!

Coach Ruth Bresson

And nothing would bring me more joy than to help you capture your own unique, one of kind story as revealed through your personal quest to discover it.

Having always lived surrounded by the power of story whether as a theatre major at Furman University or as a grad student in counseling, identifying and then living our stories with authenticity is the most freeing, empowering gift we can give ourselves and those we love and serve.

While serving as a staff pastor at my home church for seven years, the truth of living a fully integrated life – head, heart, and soul – became a lightning rod for my work with recovery ministries, reconciliation work, and teaching.  Whether I was involved in my own journey transitioning from having been a wife and mom to a single parent, I discovered that I needed all of me to be true, to be present, to be healthy in order to offer all of me to those I love more than life itself.

But, discovering our true stories can be hard work, can’t it? It can take time and is best done with help – great people in our corner.

But, I’ll tell what I’ve learned – the quest to discover what’s been true about ourselves all along is well worth the investment.

I know I will love your story.

My passion, though, is to make sure you love your story.
